If you’re a self-motivated, highly accountable, tech-savvy, individual with great attention to detail, you might be the person we’re looking for! Entrata’s Consulting department is seeking a Consultant to successfully configure our customer’s Entrata software.

As a Consultant, you will guide our clients through their first days with Entrata post-sale. You will understand their objectives and goals and consult them on how they can best set up the Entrata software for their business success. A Consultant is expected to master Entrata's suite of products to effectively consult with the customer on what is best for them and their business. Your ability to successfully become a subject matter expert and effectively consult clients on how to best use Entrata will determine your success in this role.

Internal Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the status of an Entrata subject matter expert 
  • Learn what property management industry success is
  • Understand what a successful consulting experience must look like for each customer
  • Create strong effective working relationships with other implementation project team members 
  • Suggest areas where the consulting process can be improved

Customer Project Responsibilities:

  • Implement Small Market Business and Mid-Market customers
  • Identify customer’s true business goals and objectives
  • Create plans to successfully meet those goals and objectives through the consulting journey
  • Consult the customer on system configuration to best meet their goals
  • Gain trust from customers that the Entrata configuration will optimize their business and be able to effectively demonstrate this
  • Resolve customer concerns while building their confidence in Entrata
  • Inform other project members on system configuration to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Deliver resources to the customer for long-term system adoption
  • Provide clear handoffs to long-term customer stakeholders
  • Account for the long-term success of customers on Entrata 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5 years related Entrata or SaaS consulting experience
  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • Solid understanding of the Google Suite of products
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently 
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
  • Insatiable thirst for knowledge and learning
  • Exposure to multi-family / proptech or related industry verticals
  • Previous property management experience is a plus
