We are seeking an experienced Consultant / Senior Consultant with a strong background in Identity & Access Management (IAM), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and/or Secrets Management to support the delivery of strategic User Access Management initiatives within a complex enterprise environment.

This role is ideal for a professional who combines cybersecurity domain knowledge with strong project delivery capabilities and is comfortable operating across heterogeneous, multi-vendor landscapes with significant customization and organizational complexity.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise on the definition and shaping of project charters, including scope, objectives, timelines, success criteria, requirements, and risk mitigation approaches.
  • Drive and coordinate end-to-end delivery activities across IAM, PAM, Secrets Management, and related cybersecurity initiatives.
  • Guide project execution using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies, ensuring alignment with agreed objectives and milestones.
  • Partner with stakeholders across Cybersecurity, IAM, Infrastructure, Risk, Application Development, Operations, and third-party vendors to support programme outcomes.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear implementation plans, stakeholder communications, and executive-level updates.Identify, monitor, and communicate project risks, dependencies, issues, and mitigation actions.
  • Support governance activities, including steering committee reporting, programme status updates, and KPI tracking.
  • Monitor delivery progress, financials, milestones, and quality metrics across multiple workstreams.
  • Ensure alignment with internal security standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of combined experience across cybersecurity, identity and access management, secrets management, privileged access management, and technology delivery within large enterprise environments.
  • Strong understanding of IAM, UAM, PAM, Secrets Management, or related security domains.
  • Proven experience delivering complex technology or cybersecurity initiatives in global organizations.
  • Practical knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery approaches.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, manage changing priorities, and maintain delivery momentum in evolving environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to engage effectively with both technical teams and senior business stakeholders.

Nice to have:

  • Professional certifications such as PMP, Prince2, CISSP, CISM, or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks, including NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, or similar.
