Impact You’ll Make: 

The role of Consultant for the General Manager for LATAM must help to ensure strategic alignment and operational efficiency across the 9 countries that compile the region (excl. Colombia). This position demands a dynamic and proactive person capable of navigating complex regional dynamics. To be successful, the person must be comfortable working in different projects/workstreams at the same time and at different levels of detail and, enjoy structuring and tracking local and regional initiatives. Excellent communication and presentation skills needed.

How you will contribute:

  • Collaborate with the GM and senior leadership to develop and implement regional strategies that align with corporate goals and address local market nuances, and support the execution of the regional business plan
  • Act as a liaison among country managers, facilitating communication and collaboration to harmonize efforts and share best practices across the region
  • Oversee high-complexity projects, especially focused on grow, ensuring timely execution and achievement of desired outcomes
  • Support strategic and tactical initiatives, at the local and regional level; drive the pre- and post-meeting work involved for the sessions
  • Facilitate best practice and knowledge transfer between geographies
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
