The Consultant IV is responsible for leading the implementation of solutions by ensuring successful deployment, customization, and adoption of the solution. The scope of this job includes leveraging project management skills and knowledge of technical functionalities to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality implementations on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assume a leadership role in the overall solution implementation process by planning and executing project deliverables and acting as the client's advocate in order to align objectives with industry best practices.
  • Proactively identify and present innovative opportunities for enhancing process efficiency and effectiveness within the implementation lifecycle.
  • Oversee the requirements gathering sessions, guide comprehensive analysis of current solution workflows and designs, and map processes to ensure timely delivery and high quality outcomes.
  • Drive executive client meetings, using strategic insights to influence workflow modifications and optimize solution capabilities with a focus on creating efficiencies that align with client goals and address challenges.
  • Lead client engagements, serve as an advisor for complex requests, and offer expert-level consultation on solution customizations and configurations by leveraging advanced features to optimize user experience.
  • Develop and deliver customized training sessions by tailoring approaches to diverse client needs and reviewing methodologies for maximum usability.
  • Resolve solution issues, identify root causes of escalations, and oversee mentorship and training of team members.
  • Perform other job duties assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • At least 8-12 years relevant work experience
  • Proven experience in building and scaling consulting practices

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience with CPR+ and/or CareTend
  • Experience with Home Infusion or Specialty Pharmacy Software

Job Expectations:

  • Willing to travel up to 50% based on business needs
  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed
  • Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information
  • Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time
