Job Title: Consultant - Assistant, Digital Media Operations

A little bit about our team:

The Digital team at Atlantic Music Group operates as a centralized, performance-driven digital media and advertising group focused on scaling artist growth at the intersection of music and technology. The team owns end-to-end digital media strategy and execution across the roster, with an emphasis on paid media, platform optimization, audience development, and operational excellence.

As strategic partners within 360 artist relationships, the team supports key revenue and engagement drivers across recorded music, touring, and merchandise. Through data-informed campaigns and ongoing performance optimization, the team builds and manages online fan ecosystems, prioritizing efficient audience acquisition, retention, and monetization.

Your role:

This position supports the operational execution of digital advertising across Atlantic Music Group’s roster, focusing on audience growth and scalable workflows that drive streaming performance. You will assist in the setup, trafficking, and optimization of paid media on platforms like TikTok, YouTube, and Meta, managing campaign structure, creative delivery, and budget pacing to improve reach.

The role also provides platform-specific support through performance reporting, data analysis, and operational coordination with internal teams and external partners. Beyond paid media, you will optimize artist social platforms by standardizing account setups and publishing workflows to improve discoverability and ensure harmony between organic and paid distribution.

Here you’ll get to:

  • Ensure social profiles are fully optimized for discovery, engagement, and audience growth

  • Assist with content optimization across captions, hashtags, keywords, posting formats, and platform-native features to maximize performance

  • Monitor platform trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to inform campaign strategies

  • Track organic performance metrics and surface actionable insights

  • Assist in the setup, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google, and other platforms

  • Support audience targeting, creative trafficking, budget pacing, and campaign QA to ensure optimal performance

  • Identify organic content and trends for potential paid amplification

  • Monitor daily performance metrics and flag optimization opportunities for both paid and organic initiatives

  • Maintain organized documentation and reporting for ongoing campaigns

  • Compile performance reports and support post-campaign recaps to inform future strategies
     

About you:

  • You have a BS or BA in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

  • You are passionate about digital media, social platforms, and technology, and thrive when working at the intersection of music and online content

  • You have strong organizational and time-management skills

  • You are thorough, accurate, and process-driven

  • You are comfortable supporting a wide range of responsibilities and are eager to learn across paid, organic, and platform operations

  • You are a clear communicator and excellent listener, able to interpret direction and collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners

  • You are curious, proactive, and willing to ask questions

  • You have a creative outlook

We’d love it if you also had:

  • Hands-on experience supporting the execution, monitoring, and optimization of paid media campaigns across social, video, and digital platforms 

  • Understanding of content performance, key metrics, and best practices

  • Familiarity with paid media campaign workflows

  • Hands-on experience managing campaigns through Ads Managers and advertising platforms,

  • Understanding of ad account structure, campaign hierarchies, and reporting workflows to ensure accurate performance tracking
