As an Architectural Construction Coordinator, you will lead and coordinate projects from early planning through execution and closeout, balancing safety, quality, cost, and schedule. You'll work side by side with internal partners and external contractors, making decisions that directly impact Micron's ability to innovate and scale.

Responsibilities:
- Lead architectural construction projects from scope definition through closeout, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, and budget
- Coordinate contractors, consultants, engineers, and internal partners to align design, construction, and startup activities
- Drive safety, quality, and environmental compliance across all phases of construction work
- Manage project costs, forecasts, and capital funding while monitoring spend against plan
- Analyze data, resolve complex issues, and apply lessons learned to improve future projects
Minimum Qualifications:
- Relevant degree or appropriate construction or architectural certification or license
- 2+ years of experience in construction coordination, project management, or a related field
- Experience managing project scope, schedules, and budgets
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly to diverse audiences
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience supporting large, multi-disciplinary construction projects
- Experience working in semiconductor, industrial, or high-tech manufacturing environments
- Working knowledge of construction estimating systems and capital funding processes
- Demonstrated ability to lead contractors and cross-functional teams
- Experience applying safety, quality, and continuous improvement practices in construction environments
