The role

Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Lead full-funnel marketing as a hands-on player-coach, combining team integration, rigorous experimentation, and accountable budget decisions. This is a confidential search; additional company details require an NDA.

What you'll do

- Own acquisition, SEO, lifecycle marketing, content, partnerships, and conversion programs.

- Integrate marketing functions and rebuild workflows around effective tools.

- Create and measure referral, reactivation, and cross-sell growth loops.

- Build attribution and customer-acquisition reporting that supports business decisions.

- Run disciplined experiments across campaigns, landing pages, and lifecycle experiences.

- Manage budgets, customer segmentation, and channel investment decisions.


Requirements

What we're looking for

- 3 to 10 years of relevant growth marketing experience.

- Full-funnel demand generation experience for web-based, self-service platforms.

- Ownership of marketing analytics and budgets, including customer acquisition and marginal acquisition costs.

- Knowledge of holdout tests, causal analysis, and statistical significance.

- Experience building measurable growth loops and executing work directly.

- U.S. residence and willingness to follow a confidential search process; no specific degree is required.

Bonus points

- Experience serving schools, education buyers, or nonprofit organizations.

- Small-team leadership or marketing consolidation experience.

- Experience applying AI tools to marketing workflows.


Benefits

Compensation and benefits

- Base salary: USD 175,000 to 205,000 per year.

Location and work model

- Remote within the United States, with occasional in-person meetings near Dallas or Philadelphia.

- Visa sponsorship and transfers are not supported.
