This position plays a critical role within the PCM and Confections team, enabling Mondelez` growth agenda through structure and efficient delivery of the Confections pipeline. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across regions and categories and support a diverse and fast-moving portfolio. Experience in the Confections category is a plus, given the cluster`s strategic importance and unique seasonal dynamics.

Compensation:
The base salary range for this position is $117,400 to $161,425; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
In addition, Mondelez International offers the following benefits: health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education related programs, paid holidays and vacation time. Some of these benefits have eligibility requirements. Many of these benefits are subsidized or fully paid for by the company.

How you will contribute
As the Confections PCM Lead you will play a key leadership role in enabling and supporting the successful execution of innovation, renovation, and productivity initiatives. You will contribute across the following areas:
Strategic Contribution
- Actively contribute to the implementation of Best-in-class PCM processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Represent the Confections cluster in different forums, supporting the PCM Director on cluster-level priorities.
- Translate business strategy into executable plans by working closely with Marketing, R&D, Regulatory and other key stakeholders.
- Enable informed decision-making by providing visibility on pipeline progress and risks.
Project & Portfolio Management
- Support the delivery of the project pipeline by enabling robust project planning, cross-functional alignment, and proactive risk management.
- Drive clarity around timelines, milestones, interdependencies, and change control processes.
- Ensure accurate and complete data, supporting governance, reporting, and decision-making routines.
- Drive portfolio clarity highlighting interdependencies and bottleneck and propose risk mitigation strategies.
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead and develop a team of PCMs, setting clear expectations, coaching for performance, and fostering a high-performance, collaborative, and accountable team culture.
- Promote collaboration, ownership, and solution-oriented mindset within the team and across interfaces.
- Provide continuous feedback, support development plans and role model PCM core behaviors.
- Act as a senior point of contact and escalation for project risks and decisions.
Business & Functional Excellence
- Master the I2M framework understanding the E2E process, interdependencies, and critical milestones.
- Ensure accurate and tailored reporting to stakeholders at all levels using scorecards and governance meetings.
- Stay informed about the strategic direction, size, and ambition of the platforms supported, maintaining a business-growth mindset.
- Drive adoption of standardized tools, routines, and governance for the PCM community.
Culture & Capability Building
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, curiosity, and cross-functional learning within the team.
- Encourage the team to propose process enhancements, challenge status quo, and elevate execution standards.
- Drive capability-building efforts through coaching, training, and role modeling.
What you will bring

- Minimum 8 years of experience in project management, preferably within FMCG of food industry.
- A proven track record managing complex project portfolios with confidence and clarity.
- Deep knowledge of commercialization process (Idea to Market), and a love for structure that drives results.
- Excellence stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
- Comfort navigating ambiguity, balancing the now with the next, and influencing across functions and levels.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple cross-functional projects within varying timelines.
- Curiosity to understand our business, platforms, and consumer - and use that insight to drive execution forward.
