What You'll Do:
- Creative Leadership: Develop and execute high-level creative concepts across multiple channels, including digital, social, print, and experiential for Ninja.
- Concept Development: Partner with our team of copywriters and designers to craft visually arresting, concept-driven campaigns that engage and inspire.
- Design Execution: Oversee the art direction and aesthetic execution of projects, ensuring consistency, innovation, and high production values.
- Collaboration & Mentorship: Guide junior and mid-level creatives, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and professional growth.
- Client Engagement: Present and articulate creative ideas persuasively to internal key stakeholders and global partners, ensuring alignment with brand goals and strategic direction.
- Trend Awareness: Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and cultural movements to inject fresh, relevant ideas into your creative work.
- Multi-Channel Expertise: Develop concepts that translate seamlessly across digital, social, video, print, and emerging media.
What You'll Bring:
- 8+ years of experience in an art direction or conceptual design role within an agency or in-house creative team.
- Strong portfolio showcasing conceptually led, high-impact creative work across multiple channels.
- Exceptional storytelling ability with a keen eye for composition, typography, and brand identity.
- Confident and persuasive presentation skills with the ability to sell ideas to clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to balance big-picture thinking with hands-on execution.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills with experience guiding creative teams.
- A deep passion for design, culture, and innovation.
- Excellent project management abilities, including the capacity to prioritise tasks, manage timelines and drive projects to successful completion.
- Proficiency in graphic design software - Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with digital asset management tools such as Wrike, DAM and Lucid Link.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional global teams and key stakeholders across the business.
- Strong attention to detail, creative problem-solving skills, and a passion for innovation and continuous improvement in artwork production processes.
