About the role

As a Compliance Analyst you will ensure that our internal processes and policies meet regulatory, ethical, and company-specific standards. This role requires a hands-on individual with a strong understanding of compliance best practices, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams. You will work closely with leadership and employees to develop, monitor, and enforce policies that safeguard our organization’s integrity and reputation.

  • Policy Development and Implementation: Draft, update, and implement internal policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards
  • Auditing and Monitoring: Conduct regular audits of processes and procedures to ensure adherence to company policies and identify potential compliance risks
  • Employee Training and Communication: Design and deliver compliance training programs to educate employees on company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical conduct
  • Risk Management: Identify compliance risks, propose mitigation strategies, and work with stakeholders to implement solutions
  • Incident Management: Investigate reports of non-compliance, recommend corrective actions, and oversee their implementation
  • Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular compliance reports to senior leadership, highlighting key issues, trends, and areas for improvement

About you

  • J.D. from an accredited law school in the US
  • Proven experience in compliance, auditing, or a similar role (preferably in a startup or high-growth company)
  • Strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards (for example, GDPR, AML, etc.)
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with an ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • High attention to detail and analytical thinking, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with integrity
  • Familiarity with Web3, financial services, AI
  • Experience developing and conducting employee training programs
  • Proficiency in compliance management software or tools
