Job Description:

The Competitive Marketing Manager is responsible for helping to establish, support, execute, and track growth-driven, data-led competitive strategy supporting the business goals of Cable One.

 

We are open to hiring remote if we find the right talent in any of the following states: AL, AR, AZ,  FL, GA, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, LA, MD, MN, MO, MS, NC, ND, NE, NM, NV, OR, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT.  

What you will do to contribute to the company's success 

  • Guide strategy, planning, priority setting and processes for large and cross-regional marketing/communications initiatives.
  • Develop and deliver integrated marketing plans designed to meet program/financial goals, align with the company’s objectives and capitalize on market trends and opportunities.
  • Provide clear reports and analysis that identifies industry trends, market needs, market threats and opportunities, etc.
  • Gather and analyze marketing data to find actionable insights, track campaign performance, measure ROI and provide valuable insights that help the team understand market trends and competitor strategies.
  • Track competitor activity, including new products, offers, changes in direction, public relations, and sales tactics.
  • Monitor and analyze industry trends to report on market intelligence and developments.
  • Assist in building and enhancing a core set of market and competitor intelligence resources for the sales organization.
  • Respond to ad hoc key business questions with expert analysis.

 

Qualifications 

  • Industry experience
  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university
  • Strong analytic skills
  • Strong reporting and data visualization skills
  • Understanding of Microsoft Office applications
