The Compensation Analyst role is an exciting opportunity to support and maintain market-competitive compensation programs that foster a high-performance culture and enable the attraction and retention of talent. As part of the corporate Compensation team, this role will provide analytical, technical and administrative support across all compensation offerings.

What you'll do here:

  • Assists in the implementation and administration of compensation programs, policies and projects (i.e. pay structures, merit increases, incentives, equity etc.)

  • Completes annual salary surveys to ensure market competitive pay.

  • Maintains job matching database (PayFactors) partnering with survey tool vendor and Workday reporting to run and upload data. Works with other Compensation Team members to ensure accuracy of all job matches.

  • Reviews and evaluates employee salary data, conducts job evaluations and evaluates competitive market pay.

  • Assists with annual review and ongoing maintenance of job and salary structure including the creation of job codes and job titles.

  • Assist in the development of compensation structures and practices for teams outside the US.

  • Produces compensation reports to support program administration, analysis and data audits.

  • Supports the data entry and auditing of equity grants, reporting and statement creation.

  • Assists in the creation of compensation tools and resources and maintains compensation information in company systems and portals.

  • Participates in ad hoc projects and analyses using Excel and PowerPoint as needed.

Skills you will need here:

  • BA/BS degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Human Resources or a related field

  • 1 to 2 years of compensation or financial analysis experience

  • Collaborative team player who builds partnerships with internal and external contacts at all organizational levels in a matrixed environment

  • Organized and able to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel

  • Strong analytical skills and conceptual thinking skills

  • Digitally savvy and comfortable with technology tools

  • Highly resourceful, self-motivated problem solver

  • An adaptive individual who is comfortable with ambiguity

  • Minimal overnight travel may be required

The full base pay range has been provided for this position. Individual base pay will vary based on work schedule, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location.  Sales roles often incorporate a significant incentive compensation program beyond this base pay range.

$58,300.00 - $85,000.00 USD
