What We’re Looking For:

We are looking for a strategic yet hands-on operator to drive customer education and community programs at Creatopy. This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Head of CX, with the opportunity to grow into a leadership position as our programs scale.

What you’ll do

  • Build and execute our customer education strategy and programming, including tutorials, webinars, guides, and a modern Learning Hub/Academy.
  • Create and host tutorials, enablement content, and webinars — getting hands-on with Creatopy to educate and inspire customers.
  • Design and run community programs — groups, meetups, advocacy cohorts, and peer-to-peer engagement.
  • Partner cross-functionally with CX, Marketing, and Product to amplify product adoption, retention, and advocacy.
  • Track and report on success metrics for community and education initiatives (e.g., engagement, activation, time to value, retention impact).
  • Establish repeatable processes for content, program calendars, and community operations.
  • Experiment with new formats (e.g., customer advisory boards, workflow exchanges, localized meetups).

What You Bring To The Table:

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Education or Scaled Community.
  • Experience in SaaS, B2B marketing, or community-led growth.
  • Proven ability to build and scale customer-facing programs (education content, advocacy programs, user groups, or communities).
  • Comfortable creating tutorials, hosting sessions, and directly using the product to educate customers.
  • Strong ops and program management skills — able to design systems, processes, and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to engage diverse customer audiences.
  • Experience with community platforms and education tools. You’re comfortable using Gradual, Circle, Discourse, or Gainsight to design and run community programs, and you know how to leverage these tools for enablement and customer education.

What We Offer:

  • Massive potential: Exponentially growing business in hot AI and adtech space
  • Grow with Us: Exceptional learning opportunities
  • Rewarding your efforts: Competitive salary and stock options
  • Thrive & vibe: Dynamic and supportive work environment

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
