Job Responsibilities :

The Community Operations Associate plays an important role in the community team to ensure operational efficiency and execution excellence. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and an effective communicator with a strong understanding of social media. They will be responsible for managing an up-to-date content calendar along with regular engagement with internal stakeholders to ensure campaign readiness.

The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and an effective communicator with a strong understanding of social media. They will be responsible for managing an up-to-date content calendar along with regular engagement with internal stakeholders to ensure campaign readiness.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage internal stakeholder's requests – both within the Community team and other departments to ensure marketing and social media campaign readiness.

  • Manage an up-to-date content calendar along with timely deployment of scheduled content.

  • Support the Community team’s content creation efforts such as managing the creation of assets as well as content writing.

  • Analyze Razer’s social media platforms and its content to prepare regular performance reports to improve the team’s strategic execution. 

  • Prioritize, and organize team projects to ensure progress towards OKR attainment and delivery – website updates, content scheduling and other campaign efforts.

  • Prioritize, and organize requests from product teams and regional marketing teams.

  • Handle administrative tasks such as vendor creation, purchase requests, and processing invoices. 

  • Assess and improve on team processes to ensure strong operational efficiency

  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.   • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, or PR or equivalent work experience. 

  • 2 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on project management

  • 1+ years of business development and partnerships experience (preferred) 

  • Great organizational skills with strong attention to detail 

  • Ability to analyze and revise operating practices to improve efficiency.

  • Understanding of social media best practices, relevant industry trends, online marketing, and engagement techniques.  

  • Experience in the use of social media management and analytical tools/software and editorial content calendaring.  

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, focusing on generating business results. 

  • Ability to work with global teams across multiple time zones and cultures. 

  • Gamer and gaming knowledge is required. 

Salary Ranges (per annum):

$50,700.00 - $84,500.00
