Marketing @ 0G

At Zero Gravity Labs, our Marketing Department is a dynamic team of content creators, engagement experts, social media strategists and Web3 enthusiasts dedicated to advancing decentralized AI as a public good. We connect with our audience by crafting compelling narratives, sharing insights and developments in decentralized AI and fostering community both online and at in person events.

Our team is united by the mission to ensure that innovations in the decentralized AI landscape are engaging, accessible and beneficial to all.

About you

You’re a seasoned community builder with a deep understanding of community management and the ability to simultaneously manage multiple stakeholders including moderators, ambassadors and external partners. Leading a team of community moderators and using gamification and incentivization models, you’ll create and implement strategies to grow an active community in the runup to and after 0G’s upcoming Token Generation Event (TGE). You’re also a skilled relationship builder who will find synergies and provide recommendations around integrating 0G’s community with communities of other top projects.

What you’ll accomplish

  • Define a robust, scalable strategy for ongoing community growth.

  • Drive synergies and collaboration between the 0G community and communities of other top protocols.

  • Manage a team of moderators to maintain active Discord engagement, with >70% monthly active user rates post-TGE.

  • Re-design (including playbooks, quality standards and incentivization plans) and scale the Ambassador Program to 30 participants

  • Implement community events (online competitions, games, local meetups) and engagement strategies to retain retail members.

  • Create and monitor a tiered system for incubation project airdrops.

What you bring

  • You’ve managed large-scale online communities on Discord, Telegram and Reddit or similar platforms.

  • You’ve successfully designed and implemented ambassador or influencer programs.

  • You’ve used your project management and organizational skills to effectively scale programs for a community

  • You’ve worked across cultures and with multilingual communities - fluency in more than one language is a plus.

  • You’ve been a leader including goal setting, coaching and stakeholder management

  • You’re familiar with the Web3 ecosystems, decentralized technologies, and the blockchain space.

What we offer

  • Purpose: The opportunity to contribute to making AI a public good

  • Growth: A self-directed environment where you can take initiative to shape your role and career

  • Compensation: Market-competitive compensation including, for most roles, exposure to pre-launch tokens

In addition, 0G Labs is committed to the health and well being of all of our team members. To that end, we provide reimbursements towards a holistic set of experiences and courses:

  • Core self: Transcendental Meditation

  • Mind: Landmark Education

  • Emotion: Art of Communication

  • Presence: Speech Coach

  • Body: Fitness, gym and exercise memberships/classes

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
