ABOUT THE JOB

The Freelance Community Manager supports the Mutiny team as a priority agency of record business focused on connecting with gamers, creators, and fans on social every single day. In this role, you will partner closely with a cross-functional team to manage the social channels on behalf of one of the world's most influential gaming brands. You will help lead and execute our community management strategy and manage all posting and deployment on the channel. This position requires someone with impeccable attention to detail and excellent communication skills who works successfully with clients, team members, key stakeholders, and senior managers.

IMPORTANT CALL-OUTS
* This is a freelance part-time role - approximately 16-20 hours per week
* This is a remote role, so you must have a quiet environment where you can do your work
* Trailer Park Group / Mutiny pays freelancers W2 payroll.
* For the specifics of this role, Community Management relates to social media work. Those with gaming experience are preferred.

* Native content deployment & publishing
* Social monitoring & listening
* UGC scouting and social amplification
* Weekly CM reporting
ABOUT YOU

* Must have at least 1-2 years of social media community management experience
* Must have gaming experience, especially in the FGC (Fighting Game Community)
* Available to start working on or around 5/11/25
