About the role

As the Community Manager at Bloom Growth, you will build and grow an engaged online community that helps our customers connect, learn, and succeed. You'll create meaningful experiences through engaging content, virtual events, and community programming while fostering authentic relationships with Coaches, Coach Partners, and Self-Implementors. Working closely with Marketing, Product, and Coaching, you'll turn community insights into action and help strengthen customer engagement, retention, and long-term growth.

What you'll do
  • Develop and continuously improve Bloom Growth's community strategy to increase engagement, retention, and expansion
  • Own the daily health of the community by starting conversations, responding to members, recognizing successes, and encouraging participation
  • Contribute to and execute a recurring content calendar featuring educational resources, discussions, challenges, and member programming
  • Plan and host engaging virtual events including Ask Me Anything (AMA) sessions, workshops, office hours, and member spotlights
  • Improve member onboarding and proactively re-engage inactive members to drive long-term participation
  • Monitor community performance and engagement trends, using data to identify opportunities and improve the member experience
  • Gather customer feedback and partner with Marketing, Product, and Coaching to improve customer experience and product adoption
  • Post written and visual content that reflects the Bloom Growth brand and supports community education and engagement
  • Build trusted relationships with members and continuously test new ideas to increase community impact
QualificationsRequired:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • 4+ years of experience managing an online community, membership program, or customer engagement platform
  • Experience with community platforms such as Mighty Networks, Circle, Slack, Discord, or similar
  • Demonstrated ability to create engaging written content and facilitate online discussions
  • Experience planning and facilitating virtual events
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to effectively collaborate in a fully remote environment
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel domestically or internationally
Preferred:
  • Experience supporting Software as a Service (SaaS), coaching, or founder-focused organizations
  • Familiarity with Bloom, Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), Scaling Up, Pinnacle, or similar business operating frameworks
  • Experience analyzing community engagement metrics and making data-driven decisions
  • Basic graphic design skills using Canva or similar software
  • Experience with project management or marketing automation tools
Compensation

The expected base salary range for this role is $80,000–$105,000 USD, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and geographic location. In addition, this role is eligible for monthly performance-based incentives. Bloom Growth™ follows an equitable, market-aligned compensation philosophy to ensure fairness and consistency across our fully remote team.

Location Eligibility

This role is open to candidates permanently residing in the United States, excluding California and New York. Bloom Growth™ adjusts compensation based on geographic market data to maintain internal equity.
