Your Mission
As a Community Coordinator, you’ll be the connective tissue between Pixi and our influencer and creator community. You’ll manage high-volume communications across email, DMs, and comments—ensuring every conversation is organized, responded to, and elevated. You’ll also help streamline workflows using digital community tools, supporting our Marketing and Influencer teams with real-time insights and creator-facing excellence.

This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and eager to grow a career at the intersection of community management, influencer marketing, and digital engagement.

What You’ll Own

  • Community Engagement – Manage daily communications with influencers and creators via email, social DMs, and comments.
  • Conversation Management – Organize, track, and route inbound requests to the right teams using digital community tools.
  • Influencer Support – Oversee incoming partnership inquiries and ensure creators receive timely responses and accurate information.
  • Insights & Reporting – Track recurring questions, flag community trends, and prepare weekly summaries for internal teams.
  • Process Development – Build and refine communication workflows that improve speed, efficiency, and accuracy.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration – Partner with Marketing, PR, and Customer Experience to ensure brand voice is consistent across all touchpoints.

Who You Are

  • 1–2 years of experience in community management, customer service, social media coordination, or influencer marketing (internship experience considered).
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new digital platforms (CRM, community management, or social engagement tools).
  • Comfortable navigating Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
  • Organized, responsive, and detail-driven - you thrive on managing multiple conversations at once.
  • Strong writer with a professional yet approachable tone.
  • Proactive problem solver with excellent prioritization skills.
