Founded in 2017, Trust & Will is the leading digital estate planning platform, trusted by over one million users. We provide modern, accessible solutions to help families protect their legacies with attorney-approved, legally valid documents tailored to individual state requirements. Our seamless online platform simplifies the estate planning and settlement process, empowering individuals to create wills and trusts while also partnering with financial advisors, attorneys, and institutions to make legacy planning more inclusive and affordable.

As the Community Ambassador, B2B Product Marketing, you will join the B2B marketing team and report directly to the Head of B2B Marketing. In this role, you will blend product marketing and community engagement by driving awareness and adoption of our products within the financial advisor, non-profit and attorney communities. You will build authentic connections with partners and advisors, champion our product’s benefits, and showcase real-life use cases while maintaining an active, engaged community. From managing webinars and leading field activations to overseeing product-related content, you’ll be instrumental in driving both product and brand success.

This is an exciting opportunity to help shape a product marketing function in a fast-growing, mission-driven organization. If you’re passionate about product storytelling, engaging with customers and partners, and creating authentic experiences, this role is for you.

About you:

You’re a natural storyteller with a deep understanding of the product and its benefits. You enjoy connecting with people and can speak confidently about how our product solves real-world challenges. You’re organized, creative, and resourceful, with a passion for turning community insights into product-driven content. You enjoy collaborating cross-functionally and thrive in environments where product marketing and community engagement overlap.

In this role, you will:

  • Own advisor-facing engagement and brand presence, both virtually and in person—becoming a recognizable, trusted face of Trust & Will within the advisor, non-profit and attorney communities.
  • Take full ownership of webinars, livestreams, and live events—leading all aspects of planning, logistics, guest prep, run-of-show and deck development, platform execution, live moderation, and follow-up
  • Oversee and manage all conference and field activations, coordinating end-to-end execution—from pre-event strategy to onsite engagement and post-event follow-up—ensuring a standout brand presence and efficient capture of content, connections, and insights.
  • Produce and appear in video content including YouTube interviews, event coverage, and short-form social videos that highlight our advisors, partners, and subject matter experts.
  • Lead community management on Facebook and LinkedIn, fostering discussion, promoting resources, and serving as a front-line connection to our advisor audience.
  • Develop and scale our advisor contributor and spotlight programs, identifying standout voices for content features (e.g., newsletters, webinars, testimonials, podcasts).
  • Develop customer-driven product content: Work with the content team to turn community feedback, customer stories, and product insights into high-performing content like blogs, case studies, newsletters, and emails.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Content and Product Marketing to transform events, conversations, and community feedback into high-performing blog, email, and social assets.
  • Feel comfortable being on camera, capturing authentic, UGC-style content in the field or from your own setup, and encouraging others to do the same.
  • Track and analyze performance of webinars, events, and community initiatives, surfacing actionable insights to optimize engagement, reach, and conversion.

Qualifications:

  • 4–6 years in B2B marketing, with a focus on product marketing, community engagement, and field marketing.
  • Proven experience in product storytelling, presenting product features and benefits to advisors and partners.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with key customers, advisors, and partners.
  • Experience leading virtual and in-person events that drive product adoption and engagement.
  • Ability to repurpose user feedback and stories into product-focused content across various formats.
  • Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and a passion for creating customer experiences that drive product success.
  • This position is available to candidates residing in the following states only: California (CA), Colorado (CO), Florida (FL), Georgia (GA), Idaho (ID), Illinois (IL), Maryland (MD), New Jersey (NJ), New York (NY), North Carolina (NC), Pennsylvania (PA), Texas (TX), Vermont (VT)

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
