We are looking for a Communications Specialist to join us as we build cutting-edge technology solutions!  This is your opportunity to be part of a team that is committed to delivering best in class service to our customers.

In this role, you will support organizational communications by creating, managing, and distributing content across multiple channels. You will partner closely with subject matter experts and team members to draft clear and engaging communications, maintain internal resources such as SharePoint sites, and ensure that messaging aligns with broader organizational initiatives. The position balances both strategy and execution, requiring strong collaboration, writing, and organizational skills.

• Draft, edit, and deliver communications across multiple platforms, including SharePoint, email newsletters, and internal engagement tools.

• Partner with stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather content and ensure accuracy, tone, and consistency.

• Maintain and update communication resources, including SharePoint pages, templates, and internal reference materials.

• Support the development and management of organizational-level communication channels and frameworks.

• Monitor feedback, engagement, and alignment of communication initiatives with business priorities.

• Participate in team and stakeholder meetings to stay current on ongoing initiatives and ensure proactive communication support.

• Proven experience in corporate communications, internal communications, or a related field.

• Strong writing, editing, and content development skills across multiple channels (email, intranet, internal social platforms).

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel).

• Experience managing and updating SharePoint content or similar content management systems.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Experience with internal engagement platforms such as Viva Engage or Yammer.

• Background in managing communication strategies for large, complex organizations.

• Familiarity with change management communications.

• Experience measuring communication effectiveness through analytics or feedback channels.

Salary Range

Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, without limitation, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic based ranges for Washington state: $85,000 to $90,000 USD/annually. The salary/wage and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.
