About the Role
As the Communications Specialist, MSP, you will be responsible for shaping how we communicate our story to Managed Service Providers (MSPs)-crafting narratives that resonate with their challenges, highlighting NinjaOne's technical differentiation, and strengthening our brand presence in the endpoint management ecosystem. This role blends strategic storytelling with hands-on execution. You'll work across PR, customer advocacy, thought leadership, demand generation, community and more to elevate our brand presence in the MSP community.
Location - We are flexible on remote working from home, if you are located in the USA and in one of the following states: CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, *IL, KS, MA, ME, NC, NJ, NY, OR, TN, TX, VA, & WA

Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to location, market demands, experience, job-related knowledge, and skills. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage and PTO. For roles based in California, Colorado, New Jersey or Washington the base is $80,000 to $90,000 per year.
For roles based in New York, the base salary hiring range for this position is $80,000 to $90,000 per year.

What You'll Be Doing
- Executing communications strategies that build awareness and trust with the global MSP community
- Partner with PR agencies to secure earned media placements in MSP, IT channel, and tech industry outlets
- Draft compelling press releases, media pitches, and thought leadership content
- Manage and expand relationships with industry influencers and media
- Support a steady drumbeat of news, product updates, customer success stories, and executive commentary for the MSP audience
- Support company spokespeople with messaging, media prep, written communication, and more
- Support the larger Corporate Communications team on cross-functional initiatives, including reporting
- Other duties as needed
About You
- 2-4 years of experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth B2B tech environment and/or B2B tech Public Relations agency
- An understanding of and appreciation for the MSP community and the unique challenges this market faces
- Experience working with channel and MSP press
- Outstanding writer and speaker who can simplify complex technology into relatable, concise messaging
- Self-motivated learner with a commitment to high standards and rapid skill development
- Proven ability to drive initiatives through cross-functional teamwork
- Preferred BA/BS Degree in any field - we value diversity!
