This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of stakeholder engagement, content operations, and data-driven insights. Key Responsibilities
- Stakeholder and Community Management
- Manage member onboarding, newsletters, Teams communities, measurement dashboards, mailboxes, training and community calls across employee and executive programs.
- Identify opportunities to automate community management tasks and collaborate with the team to create workflows.
- Employee Advocacy
- Source, craft and publish featured social media posts.
- Monitor and moderate curator posts and provide guidance and support to ensure quality, compliance and relevance.
- Analyze content and curator performance trends and opportunities, providing snapshots and reporting to program leadership.
- Data Analysis
- Partner with the team to identify, create and analyze performance dashboards across community programs and stakeholders.
- Manage monthly business group and curator dashboards.
- Facilitate monthly data pulls, integrity checks, and the final scorecard mail out to all community members.
- Analyze data across programs and generate insights.
- Site Communications
- Support employee communications for one of the company’s key sites, including writing and publishing blog posts and quarterly newsletters.
- Maintain the site’s SharePoint page.
- Provide ad-hoc editorial support for internal and external communications.
- 3–5 years of experience in communications, community management, employee advocacy, social media, and/or internal/executive communications programs, with hands-on responsibility for day-to-day program execution and operations.
- Demonstrated experience managing stakeholder and community operations, including onboarding, newsletters, Teams communities, shared mailboxes, recurring communications, and community calls.
- Strong analytical skills with experience partnering on performance dashboards, conducting data integrity checks, and translating program data into clear insights, scorecards, and regular reporting for stakeholders.
- Proven ability to identify trends, content gaps, and performance issues across advocacy or communications programs, and to recommend data informed‑ actions to improve content health and engagement.
- Strong technical aptitude with enterprise platforms such as Microsoft 365 (including SharePoint, Power BI, and Power Apps), Sprinklr, and/or HubSpot and proven experience mastering new tools and processes quickly.
- Experience working cross‑functionally to improve operational efficiency, including identifying opportunities for workflow automation and collaborating with technical or operations partners to implement solutions.
- Strong written communication skills, with experience creating and editing blogs, newsletters, featured content, and ad‑hoc editorial materials for internal or external audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and recurring deliverables in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Experience working in a corporate or tech environment supporting complex, multi‑stakeholder communications programs.
- Experience collaborating with external partners or vendors on dashboards, reporting, or program measurement, with clear ownership of requirements, data quality, and insights.
