YOUR IMPACT

As the Communications Manager, Analyst Relations, you will shape how the global analyst community understands and positions Redwood. You will own and scale our current analyst engagement strategy across Gartner and EMA while extending into Forrester, IDC, ISG, Everest Group and other relevant firms — ensuring Redwood is consistently and compellingly represented in automation, orchestration, ERP and AI-driven operations narratives.

This is not a coordination-only role. You will actively manage relationships, prepare executives for high-stakes engagements and influence how analysts interpret our roadmap, differentiation and market category. Your work will directly impact brand perception, competitive positioning and enterprise pipeline.

Analyst relations strategy and execution

  • Own Redwood’s global analyst relations program, including strategy, engagement planning and performance tracking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with analysts across major firms and relevant boutique research organizations.
  • Lead preparation for Magic Quadrants, Market Guides, Waves and other analyst evaluations, partnering closely with Product, Product Marketing and executive leadership.
  • Develop clear, differentiated briefing materials that articulate Redwood’s value, roadmap and competitive strengths.
  • Coordinate analyst briefings, inquiries and advisory sessions to ensure consistent, strategic messaging.
  • Expand Redwood’s analyst footprint into new automation, AI and ERP-related coverage areas.

Strategic narrative and positioning

  • Partner with Product Marketing to ensure consistent, differentiated messaging across analyst conversations and market communications.
  • Influence how automation, orchestration and SAP modernization narratives are framed in the market.
  • Translate analyst insights and feedback into actionable recommendations for Product and GTM teams.
  • Identify opportunities to proactively shape category discussions rather than react to them.

Executive engagement and visibility

  • Prepare executives for analyst briefings and high-impact interactions.
  • Support thought leadership opportunities aligned to analyst research themes and emerging trends.
  • Align analyst engagement with broader corporate communications, PR and launch initiatives.

Measurement and impact

  • Track analyst sentiment, coverage, report inclusion and positioning shifts.
  • Monitor impact on brand perception and pipeline influence.
  • Provide regular updates to executive leadership on analyst engagement progress and strategic opportunities.

YOUR EXPERIENCE

  • 5+ years of experience in Analyst Relations, Corporate Communications or Product Marketing within B2B SaaS or enterprise technology.
  • Direct experience managing relationships with top-tier analyst firms (Gartner experience strongly preferred; EMA experience a plus).
  • Experience supporting Magic Quadrants, Waves or similar evaluations.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise software, automation, ERP ecosystems, IT operations or AI-driven platforms.
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex technology into compelling narratives.
  • Strong executive presence and comfort, preparing leaders for strategic engagements.
  • Highly organized, proactive and comfortable operating with significant ownership.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

If you like growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
