This role is focused on developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive communications strategies to promote brand stewardship including building top of funnel brand awareness and amplifying Anchorage Digital’s brand with key external constituents (clients, industry partners, and other stakeholders).

Technical Skills:
- Applies deep writing, presentation, and communication skills and best practices to craft materials, write talks, and coach speakers to communicate Anchorage’s value proposition and perspective effectively to broad audiences.
- Uses knowledge of publications, conferences, social media, and media landscape to optimally execute external campaigns. For campaigns that include media - uses mainstream media landscape to execute on a best-in-class media strategy.
- Establish and promote the company’s thought leadership by crafting expert content and securing speaking engagements, industry features, and other visibility opportunities.
Complexity and Impact of Work:
- Help develop and implement communication strategies that align with company business objectives and marketing goals and brand vision.
- Create messaging frameworks that effectively communicate our value proposition to our clients and other external stakeholders, and differentiate our brand in the marketplace.
- Tracks and reports on KPIs such as engagement metrics and content effectiveness
- Uses data and insights to inform and refine communication strategies and improved future performance.
Organizational Knowledge:
- Promotes a shared understanding of the needs of Anchorage and strategic direction to rally cryoss-functional teams. Develops and implements programs, projects and processes aligned with Anchorage strategic direction and needs.
Communication and Influence:
- Collaborates closely with sales, product, business lines, and other cross functional stakeholders to develop messaging and content that support brand stewardship and client engagement.
- Provides regulator communication updates and tools for internal teams, including sales enablement resources for communications programs (like FAQs)
- Is fully trained on our social media tools and provides back-up to social media function
- Is engaging, easy to approach and builds appropriate rapport, with diplomacy and tact.

- You’re a critical thinker, outstanding writer, and have expertise in executing communications strategies including: brand messaging, internal communications, media relations, social media amplification tactics, and understanding of media cycles.
- You excel at collaborating cross-functionally, providing day-to-day management of projects and developing/enhancing processes and procedures for all communications activities.
- You are a crypto enthusiast, and have a general interest in the space.

- You are crypto-native.
