Job Description

BryceTech is looking for a Data Analyst to join our team and help AFWERX program to assess the effectiveness of communication strategies and initiatives. The selected candidate will work directly with the Air Force Small Business and Innovation Research Program Management Office (PMO). The selected candidate should have strong analytical skills and be able to translate complex data into strategic recommendations.  

Responsibilities include:

  • Collect, organize, and analyze metrics related to communication and marketing strategies, audience engagement, and effective messaging across various platforms.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to present findings and communicate actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Complete analyses on communication metrics, such as audience engagement, to assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with communications teams to assess marketing strategies and recommend data-driven adjustments to improve performance.
  • Conduct research using user feedback, such as surveys and focus groups, to understand stakeholder needs and perceptions.
  • Utilize state of the art analytical tools and trending visualizations to continuously improve strategic communication.
  • Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of data through regular auditing and validation processes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, statistics, communications, marketing, or related field. Master’s degree is preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in data analytics, preferable in communications, marketing, or public relations.
  • Proficient in communications analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, etc.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics, search engine optimizations, and engagement analyses.
  • Experienced in creating statistical analysis and data visualizations.
  • Experienced in survey design and analysis.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Dynamic interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of management.
  • Excellent work ethic and excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Preferred knowledge or experience with the defense or government sector.
  • Secret clearance required.
