The US base salary range for this full-time position is $105,000 - $135,000 + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location. The Commissions Analyst II will lead/participate in system and process improvements, as they relate to commissions.
Responsibilities:
- Work cross-functionally with multiple departments including Sales, Finance & Accounting, and People and Culture to develop and continuously improve processes needed to support the commission and bonus process
- Provide support during Sales’ annual commission planning process including scenario modeling, data analysis, etc.
- Collaborate with sales, sales operations, revenue operations, systems team, and rest of the compensation team to ensure configuration of all plans and plan components are optimized and properly operating in the commission system’s tool. Administer sales commission calculations in accordance with incentive plans for global sales and professional services teams
- Partner with People and Culture to track new hire and termination data. Partner with Payroll to process monthly commission and bonus payments accurately and on time
- Liaise with sales and revenue operation teams to fully understand the deals process and accurate reporting of compensation
- Publish monthly statements in sales compensation system and respond to inquiries from sales and post sales teams regarding the commission and bonus calculations
- Process Journal Entries related to commission and bonus accruals and incremental costs as required under ASC 606 /IFRS 15
- Meet all payroll and month end close deadlines
- Support audit deliverables related to compensation payouts
- Proactively identify and raise awareness about concerns or risks and participate in resolving them
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of combined Financial/FP&A/Commission experience
- Strong analytical skills, disciplined attention to detail, highly organized and thorough
- Strong verbal and written communications with ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels in the organization, including Sales, Management, Executives
- Familiarity with booking metrics in accordance with company policy
- Experience using Salesforce, NetSuite preferred, and Incentive Compensation tools
- Ability to take initiative, work flexibly, and set priorities
- Demonstrate commitment to mastering new skills
- Strong interpersonal skills: professional, courteous, friendly, and empathetic
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Ability to handle multiple projects with high attention to detail in a deadline-driven environment
