Our client is one of the largest full-service tire and automotive service providers in the Western United States. With more than a century of industry experience, they provide commercial tire sales, retreading, fleet maintenance, mobile commercial service, and 24/7 roadside assistance to businesses across the region.

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Commercial Tire Sales Representative to grow commercial tire sales throughout San Diego County. In this role, you will build relationships with fleet operators, trucking companies, construction firms, municipalities, and other commercial customers while managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and ongoing account management.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with experience in B2B outside sales who enjoys developing new business, managing customer relationships, and providing solutions that help commercial fleets maximize performance and reduce operating costs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and develop new commercial accounts throughout the assigned territory.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, customer meetings, proposals, negotiations, and closing sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with fleet managers, business owners, and key decision-makers.
  • Recommend commercial tire, retread, and fleet service solutions based on customer needs.
  • Grow existing accounts through regular customer visits and exceptional service.
  • Partner with branch operations and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and new business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate sales activity, customer information, and pipeline updates in the CRM.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals.



Requirements
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of B2B outside sales experience, preferably in commercial tires, fleet services, transportation, automotive, industrial, or a related industry.
  • Proven success developing new business and growing existing accounts.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory effectively.
  • Experience using CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
