OUR MISSION
Imagine building a better healthcare journey for patients with cancer, where individuals and their loved ones feel seen, supported, and heard by their care team – both in and out of the clinic. Where fast access to high-quality care is the norm, not the exception. Where patients have access to a care navigator to guide them through their diagnosis and trusted support all along the way.
At Thyme Care, we share a passion for transforming the cancer care experience – not just for patients but also for their caregivers and loved ones, as well as those delivering and paying for their care. Today, Thyme Care is known predominantly as a cancer care navigation company enabling value-based cancer care; in the next few years, we will become a nationally recognized technology-driven and provider-centric care delivery model, reshaping the landscape of cancer care access, delivery, and experience. Our commitment runs deep—we're not satisfied with the status quo but determined to redefine it.
To make this happen, we’re building a diverse team of problem solvers and critical thinkers to drive innovation and shape the future of healthcare. If you share our vision and want to be part of something truly meaningful, we want to hear from you. Together, we can revolutionize cancer care and make a difference that lasts a lifetime.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
As Thyme Care builds its next phase of growth in value-based drug partnerships, commercial leadership will be critical to our success. We are seeking multiple seasoned senior sales leaders across a variety geographic areas to help define, launch, and scale innovative strategies that align drug access, provider economics, and patient outcomes across the oncology ecosystem.
In this role, you will:
- Lead commercial provider partnerships — cultivating and sustaining deep, trusted relationships with oncology practices, MSOs (distributors, specialty distributors, GPOs, large oncology aggregators), and hospital systems.
- Drive value-based agreements at scale, collaborating with physicians, administrators, and MSO executives to align financial, operational, and clinical incentives.
- Represent Thyme Care with credibility and sophistication in external negotiations, including provider groups, GPOs, and manufacturers.
- Identify and cultivate new commercial opportunities, developing a strategic roadmap that broadens Thyme Care’s impact in oncology through business partnerships and expanded drug access.
WHAT YOU’VE DONE
You’ve built your career at the intersection of oncology, pharma, and provider partnerships — and you thrive in roles that combine strategy, execution, and deep relationship-building.
We’re looking for someone who has:
- 15+ years of oncology commercial leadership experience, with a strong track record in national and/or regional account management.
- Established and trusted relationships with oncology practices, MSOs, hospital systems, and GPOs — with demonstrated success in engaging key decision-makers.
- Experience negotiating, selling, or implementing value-based drug agreements, including familiarity with buy-and-bill dynamics and provider economics.
- A proven ability to build and scale commercial partnerships in complex healthcare environments.
- Demonstrated success taking initiatives from concept through commercialization.
- A proven track record of delivering strong financial performance and consistently meeting or exceeding sales and growth targets.
- Ability to thrive in early-stage or rapidly scaling environments, with a demonstrated bias for action, adaptability, and entrepreneurial drive.
- A reputation for integrity, collaboration, and selfless leadership — consistently putting team and organizational purpose first.
