Job Description
Core Responsibilities:
- Partner with execution team leads across Product, Revenue, Finance, Marketing, Engineering, & Operations to identify risks, resolve roadblocks, and maintain alignment on goals and priorities
- Serve as a consultative partner to cross-functional teams by surfacing issues, facilitating working sessions, and driving toward shared outcomes
- Support execution of business initiatives across the execution team by coordinating timelines, tracking milestones, and managing documentation
- Prepare and maintain project trackers, status updates, and planning materials for weekly/monthly meetings and quarterly reviews with Senior Leadership
- Assist in defining and refining operational processes and tools to support better collaboration and efficiency
- Support success measurement efforts by contributing to KPI and metric tracking across active initiatives
- Communicate progress and blockers in a timely, solution-oriented manner
Measures of Success:
- Strong coordination of initiatives and cross-functional support
- Increased visibility into initiative progress and performance metrics
- Consistent delivery of well-organized project tracking and meeting materials
- Effective consultation with partners across functions to solve problems and move initiatives forward
- Smooth facilitation of planning sessions, follow-ups, and stakeholder communications
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in business operations, consulting, project management or a related field
Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive cross-functional alignment
Experience preparing executive-level reports, updates, and planning documents
Comfort with ambiguity and change; ability to navigate competing priorities and drive progress

Primary Location Pay Range: $88,501.13 - $132,751.70
