About the Role:
We're seeking a Commercial Operation Coordinator for UCAN (US & Canada) to focus on the operational tasks that support the execution of our strategic plans. The right candidate will create, maintain and refine workflows across the Licensing & Retail teams as they prospect and manage partners across categories. This role is about identifying, establishing, and maintaining the most impactful workflows that unlock efficiencies for the team and support the cross-functional work that happens between the Licensing and Retail and Product Development & Creative teams.
Responsibilities:
Manage workflows across the Licensing and Retail teams to ensure that timelines are established and met throughout the partner management lifecycle, from partner prospecting to deal negotiation to contract drafting and finally to an on-shelf statement.
Processing contract requests into our contracts and accounting system, tracking contract status, and making sure paperwork is processed in timely fashion
Granting and troubleshooting partners access to our pitch site; processing NDA's, and passes for visitors to our building
Preparing pitch decks for key partner meetings, helping consolidate all the necessary information across teams, and following up with watermarked/protected versions of materials.
Maintaining accurate program data like sell-in/placement, sales reads, and updating visual line lists for all categories, analyzing sales data & updating performance recaps
Supporting forecasting & royalty workflows between licensees and our systems including assisting licensees partners throughout the forecasting and royalty reporting process, chasing outstanding reports, marketing approvals
Scheduling partner kick-off meetings between Licensing and Product Development & Creative teams
Maintaining list of industry trade shows and events and supporting the team at these events (e.g. Licensing Expo, Snacks & Sweets, regional summits with partners)
Fulfill asks from cross-functional teams (e.g. supplying samples)
Qualifications:
4+ years experience in an operations or project management role, preferably at an entertainment, consumer products, or lifestyle brand.
Proven ability to be highly organized with excellent communication skills and thoughtful collaboration across multiple teams and disciplines with both internal and external stakeholders
Facility and proficiency working, across different systems including Google Suite and Airtable.
Ability to quickly learn / adapt to new technologies and identify opportunities for technological solutions to support team goals.
Passion for entertainment, pop culture, and Netflix IP, with a keen eye for translating storytelling into tangible consumer experiences.

Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $70,000- $150,000.
