Here’s Where You Come In
We are currently seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our Commercial Lines team. In this role, you will be leading the pre-renewal and renewal processes, preparing proposals, assisting with client presentations and stewardship reports, and attending to day to day client service needs. You’ll be the lead on several accounts and collaborate with team members, producers, and executives to ensure exceptional client service.
You’re Great At
You will be well versed in customer service, with excellent verbal and written communications. You should have at least 2 years of commercial lines insurance experience working with mid-market accounts where you're accustomed to leading the account management services for the client. Strong knowledge in all lines of business and ability to read contracts for compliance with insurance requirements are essential. Working with Microsoft Office products is a daily occurrence and proficiency in these applications will help you succeed. Experience with EPIC is helpful. A current Texas General Lines Property & Casualty license is required or must be obtained within sixty days of hire.
