This role offers hands-on exposure to the full brand management journey-from consumer understanding and strategy development to campaign execution, innovation, and performance tracking-while collaborating with cross-functional teams across the business.

Cross-Functional Collaboration• Work closely with Sales, Category Planning, Consumer Insights, Finance, Supply Chain, R&D, Procurement, and Customer Marketing teams to ensure flawless execution of key initiatives.• Support innovation and product launch projects by coordinating timelines, packaging approvals, and commercialization activities.
Business Performance• Monitor key business KPIs including sales, market share, penetration, distribution, and profitability.• Prepare business reviews, dashboards, and presentations for leadership meetings.• Support budget tracking and marketing investment monitoring.
Education / Certifications:
Recent university graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
