About the Position
We have an excellent opportunity available for a Commercial Finance Analyst to make a difference at Kraft Heinz Turkey. The Commercial Finance Analyst lies within the finance team based in our Akmerkez Office. You'll be working in a high-performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. You'll be reporting to the Commercial Finance Manager.
Required skills, qualifications, and experience
This position will be responsible for
  • Partnering with Retail and Away From Home Sales teams to provide commercial finance insights focusing mainly on Deals & Allowances budget, including business expenses, promotions, discounts and returns.
  • On-time delivery of high-quality finance and performance reports to the commercial teams including astute insight, analysis, and narrative to ensure the business have a full understanding of their areas of responsibility.
  • With the commercial teams to provide accurate D&A budgets and monthly rolling D&A forecasts highlighting potential risks and opportunities with suggested mitigations.
  • Walkthroughs with sales function to implement and improve D&A management processes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, accounting and controlling departments in month-end closing activities to ensure accurate reporting of revenue and D&A executed.
  • The effectiveness of trade promotions through comprehensive evaluation and promotion performance metrics to maximize return on investment.
  • Monthly revenue and cost recognition in compliance with appropriate accounting rules and group accounting policies.

What you bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields
  • Min 1-2 years of experience in Sales Finance, Controlling, Audit, or related positions
  • SAP knowledge is a must
  • Strong computer skills, especially in Excel
  • Able to access large volumes of unstructured data and organise information
  • High levels of attention to detail with a focus on accurate output
  • English with an ability to understand and communicate clearly and effectively
  • Strong communication skills
