LOCATION: Remote

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

A detailed list of job duties includes (but is not limited to):

Manage assigned book of business

  • Provide first line interaction with clients to address requests for information and queries
  • Manage all activities relating to new business and renewal of client accounts and policy reviews
  • Handle new business referred to Agency or assigned to you. Discuss prospect, evaluate risk and determine if a possible fit.
  • Work directly with Agency team for online quotes if needed.
  • Prepare and quote proposals to clients for new and renewals.
  • Receive bind order/paperwork and bind with Carriers.
  • Prepare Binders and Billing Sheet for Customer Service to process and send to the Insured or Broker.
  • Responsible for collections of premiums due for New, Renewal, Endorsements and Financed Accounts.
  • Handle all Audits with clients and/or Brokers.
  • Work with Claims Manager when coverage/questions arise on claims.
  • Carefully review Carrier issued policies for accuracy to coincide with binding request before forwarding to the Insured or Broker.
  • Review Client contracts as necessary
