A company is seeking a Commercial Contracts Manager to oversee the full quote-to-contract lifecycle, ensuring pricing accuracy, contract compliance, and efficient deal execution. This role partners cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations to align commercial strategy with business objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage pricing models, quotes, and commercial proposals.

  • Oversee the full contract lifecycle from quote through execution and renewal.

  • Ensure contracts comply with legal, regulatory, and internal standards.

  • Analyze pricing and contract performance to identify optimization opportunities.

  • Improve quote-to-contract processes, including workflow efficiency and system enhancements.

  • Coordinate across departments to align pricing, terms, and deliverables.

  • Support internal teams with contract guidance, training, and best practices.

  • Build reporting tools and dashboards to track contract metrics and profitability.

Qualifications

  • Experience managing contracts, pricing, and commercial agreements.

  • Strong analytical and financial acumen.

  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
