As a Supplier Enablement Operations Specialist within the Supplier Experience Team, you will play a key role in supporting suppliers throughout their journey with our internal Commercial Card payment solutions. You will collaborate closely with the supplier recruitment team to facilitate onboarding, provide operational support, and ensure a positive supplier experience. Your responsibilities will include assisting with onboarding processes, addressing supplier inquiries, and working cross-functionally to resolve issues and optimize supplier engagement.
Job Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the supplier recruitment team to support the onboarding of new suppliers into the internal payment solutions program, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Serve as a point of contact for suppliers, addressing operational questions and providing guidance throughout their onboarding and ongoing engagement.
  • Assist suppliers in understanding program requirements, benefits, and processes to maximize their experience and adoption of internal payment solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve supplier issues, facilitate integration, and continuously improve onboarding workflows.
  • Track and report on supplier onboarding activities, engagement metrics, and feedback, providing insights and recommendations for process enhancements.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, program updates, and best practices to support suppliers effectively.
  • Support the achievement of team goals related to supplier onboarding, engagement, and satisfaction.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • Proven experience in a supplier support, customer service, or operations role, in a phone-based environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide clear guidance.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with a track record of managing multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Experience in the financial services or internal payment solutions industry.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other support tools.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • Experience within payments, financial services, or internal payment solutions industry.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft products such as Excel and Outlook.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce.
