The Revenue Analyst will support revenue operations, develop forecasting models, manage deal data in Salesforce, and analyze sales performance to optimize growth strategies.
We are seeking a detail-oriented Revenue Analyst to join our Commercial team. This role will be instrumental in supporting our revenue operations, financial modeling, deal structuring, and business analysis. The ideal candidate will combine analytical skills with business acumen to help drive our growth strategies and optimize revenue processes. This role will report directly to the Director of Commercial Strategy & Operations
Responsibilities
- Revenue Reporting & Modeling: Develop and maintain comprehensive & accurate revenue forecasting models and dashboards using Salesforce and other data. Create and update weekly/monthly revenue forecasts, tracking performance against targets. Coordinate with Finance team to ensure alignment between sales projections and financial modelsIdentify trends and anomalies in sales data to provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Data & Deal Management: Maintain Salesforce data integrity through regular auditing, cleanup, and implementation of best practices. Track deal progression through the sales pipeline and proactively follow up on stalled opportunities. Support the Deal Desk process from opportunity creation to closed/won status. Collaborate with Sales teams to ensure accurate and timely deal data entry and reporting.
- Strategy & Organization Development: Analyze closed deals to extract insights on successful selling strategies and customer needs. Support the development of value-selling materials with relevant data and ROI calculations. Create compelling data visualizations and reports that communicate complex information clearly. Contribute to pricing and product offering strategies based on market data and deal performance. Assist in evaluating new product offerings and pricing models through competitive analysis and customer feedback.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in revenue operations, financial analysis, or business intelligence with B2B companies and/or consulting.
- Proficiency in Excel, data visualization tools, and CRM systems (preferably Salesforce).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex data into clear insights and work across multiple stakeholders.
- Experience with financial modeling and forecasting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in SaaS, robotics, retail technology, or related industries.
- Knowledge of retail operations and economics.
- Familiarity with pricing strategies for hardware + software business models.
- Experience supporting deal desk operations and sales processes.
- Background in investor relations or financial communications.
- Content development skills for creating compelling data visualizations and reports.
- Experience working with a startup.
