The Commercial Account Executive will support the company’s sales goals through effective sales techniques and exceptional customer service in our Commercial segment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and build a new client base in market.
  • Set up meeting presentations to present AFR products and services and network with all the dealer account executives and resellers in market
  • Answer and qualify all incoming sales calls and written inquires
  • Work with Inside Sales Coordinators to prepare, price quotes, lease agreements and bid pricing for all new and existing customers as requested
  • Present company products & services to both current and prospective clients.
  • Some space planning and product assessment needed in order to provided AFR CAD designer with information to turn around CAD Drawings
  • Establish, develop & maintain effective relationships with local/global corporations, furniture dealers, trailer companies, government contractors, property management companies, general contractors, federal agencies and other target clients.
  • Utilize all available Sales tools to gain leads, i.e. Salesforce, ALN Database, Business Journals &Trade Associations
  • Understand and support the company’s sales policies and procedures to provide proper and effective treatment to all of the company’s customers.
  • Relate new product ideas and product extensions to management for evaluation.
  • Attend networking and industry events to promote business and cross sell other segments of furniture rental.
  • Assist in collection efforts for all assigned accounts.
  • Resolve any customer concerns in an expeditious and tactful manner.
  • Review and report complaints received from customers and recommend corrective action to management.
  • Achieve individual & team sales goals needed to support annually budgeted branch revenue growth
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications

EDUCATION/TRAINING:

Degree: Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent

EXPERIENCE:

Prior experience in commercial furniture market or space planning/office layouts.
