You’ll set the vision, recruit and nurture a powerhouse network of student ambassadors, and bring the brand to life on campuses nationwide. From overseeing budgets to building strong relationships and managing impactful collaborations, you'll be at the center of it all.
You’ll also continuously evolve the program strategy, shape shareable ambassador activations and events, and improve internal processes to drive even greater impact.
If you're passionate about college marketing, know how to spark real brand love, and thrive on building community — we want to meet you.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE AS OUR COLLEGE AMBASSADOR PROGRAM MANAGER:

- You’ll ensure that College Program Representative/s execute monthly ambassador campaigns across TikTok and Instagram, manage deliverables, and monitor content to ensure high-quality brand representation and engagement.
- You’ll grow the ambassador network by sourcing new talent daily, maintaining accurate records, and tracking ambassador performance using tools like Highrise and our affiliate platform.
- You’ll monitor competitor activity, identifying new ambassador opportunities, presenting strategic optimizations, and supporting the growth of Princess Polly’s social media presence through UGC.
- You’ll provide monthly reporting by tracking key metrics such as collaborations, ambassador content, budget spend, and new customer acquisition.
- You’ll help coordinate on and off campus activations, from student events to PR/marketing initiatives, acting as a brand representative at all touchpoints.
IF YOU CAN ACCOMPLISH THE ABOVE, YOU’VE GOT WHAT IT TAKES. REALISTICALLY THOUGH, YOU WILL HAVE

- A minimum of 1-2 years management experience, including building reports, providing coaching and development to team members, and developing results-proven strategies.
- Strong experience managing influencer/ambassador campaigns on TikTok and Instagram
- Proficient in budget and collaboration management
- Excellent project management, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Experience with affiliate platforms or CRM tools (e.g., Highrise, Tableau, Klaviyo, Shopify) is a plus

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.
Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech
- Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
