We are a fast-growing SaaS-based identity verification platform serving clients in fintech, crypto, SaaS, and tech industries. Our mission is to help businesses prevent fraud and ensure regulatory compliance through innovative technology. As we scale our outbound sales operations, we're looking for highly motivated cold callers to generate qualified leads and book meetings with senior decision-makers in the US market.

We’re seeking fluent, persuasive B2B cold callers to:

  • Make outbound calls to a list of pre-qualified leads
  • Set appointments with key decision-makers (e.g., CTOs, Heads of Compliance, Product Leads)
  • Follow a proven sales script with flexibility for personal adaptation
  • Accurately log call outcomes and lead statuses in shared documentation
  • Work during US business hours and demonstrate familiarity with American business culture

Trial Details (Paid)
This is a paid trial period designed to assess fit and performance before long-term onboarding.

  • Duration: 5–10 hours/per week (approx. 200–250 calls)
  • Tools Provided: Lead list, script, objection-handling guide, outcome tracker
  • Success Criteria: Number of qualified appointments, professionalism, and process adherence
  • Top performers will be offered long-term, performance-based roles

What We’re Looking For

  • Native or fluent English speaker
  • Proven B2B cold calling experience (preferably in tech, SaaS, or fintech sectors)
  • Strong objection-handling and closing skills
  • Friendly, confident, and natural communication style (not robotic or overly scripted)
  • Ability to work independently in US time zones from a quiet and professional setting
  • Stable internet connection and familiarity with tools like CRM, spreadsheets, and dialers

How to Apply – Skip the Interview!
To apply, submit a short video (maximum 60 seconds) that includes and share the Google Drive link with us:

  1. A brief self-introduction (name, background, and cold calling experience)
  2. A simulated 30–45 second cold call to a fictional tech executive
  3. (Optional) Why do you believe you're the perfect fit for this role

Why Join Us

  • Ongoing, stable work for top performers
  • Clear expectations and regular feedback
  • Flexible, remote-first team culture

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
