Responsibilities

Salary Range: $25.00-$32.00/hr

Shift: CNC Machinist ' 1st Shift (4:00am-2:30pm)

 

Key Responsibilities:

'         Manufacture products in accordance with Engineering drawings

'         Adhere to all department and Company quality standards

'         Check product dimensions utilizing proper equipment

'         Refer any issues regarding the CNC Lathe area to senior leads or supervisors

'         Assure compliance to all department and Company quality standards

'         Record, as required, all productivity on Company system

'         Clean and maintain machinery according to department and Company standards

'         Adhere to all Company safety regulations

The ability to communicate in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
*May be required to participate in and/or conduct regular department trainings

Qualifications

 Basic Qualifications

'         3+ years of operation experience with CNC Lathes (such as Okuma, Takisawa, Swiss, Doosan, etc.).

'         Ability to learn to set-up a CNC lathe (including work holding, kitting of tools, touching off of tools/establishing offsets, reading of manufacturing drawings, and first article buy-off) on FANUC or OSP (Okuma) controls.

'         Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

'         This position entails access to export-controlled items and employment offers are conditioned upon an applicant's ability to lawfully obtain access to such items
