We are looking for a highly skilled Web Developer to join our team and help bring client websites to life. This role requires advanced problem-solving skills, strong technical expertise in both front-end and back-end development, and the ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless, functional, and user-friendly digital experiences.



Requirements


Responsibilities
  • Solve complex client website issues with advanced problem-solving skills.

  • Work collaboratively with the team to understand client goals and translate them into digital solutions.

  • Create functional, creative, and user-friendly webpages using front- and back-end technologies.

  • Convey client messaging clearly to end users through effective design and development.

  • Review code for accuracy, performance, and functionality.

  • Develop and maintain websites across multiple platforms (Drupal, Umbraco, Shopify, WordPress, WooCommerce, HubSpot, Kentico).

  • Debug and integrate back-end data and custom solutions.

  • Collaborate with Design and UX/UI teams to ensure a seamless user experience.

  • Implement responsive and interactive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

  • Build server-side logic and databases for functionality and performance.

  • Provide thought leadership and contribute to development best practices.

  • Self-manage workload and thrive in an agile workflow.

  • Assist with project scoping when required.

Skills & Requirements
  • Proven experience in front-end and back-end web development.

  • Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design.

  • Hands-on experience with platforms such as Drupal, Umbraco, Shopify, WordPress, WooCommerce, HubSpot, Kentico.

  • Understanding of SEO, digital advertising, marketing automation, social media, and content marketing, and how development supports these tactics.

  • Strong debugging and integration skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced agency environment.

  • Up-to-date with industry standards, emerging trends, and development best practices.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Strong time management and ability to deliver under deadlines.

  • Strong communication skills in English.
