What You'll Do:
- Lead Inventory Management: Manage procurement, receiving, stocking, and kitting of parts for work requests. Partner with the Facilities Manager to oversee critical spare parts and streamline reporting processes.
- Optimize Workflows: Use standardized procedures to guide daily, weekly, and monthly tasks, ensuring smooth workflows and consistent productivity.
- Coordinate Maintenance Efforts: Collaborate with Team Members to set up new users, transfer assets, and create preventive maintenance schedules that align with OEM standards.
- Drive Process Improvements: Analyze critical metrics, interpret data, and make recommendations to refine processes for maximum efficiency.
- Vendor and Contractor Engagement: Schedule and facilitate visits for preventive and corrective maintenance, coordinating closely to uphold our reliability-centered approach.
- Ensure Inventory Accuracy: Conduct weekly cycle counts of critical spares and maintain precise records, guaranteeing our maintenance teams have essential parts on hand.
- What You'll Need:
- Organizational Expertise: Solid skills in tracking, ordering, and managing spare parts inventory, with a focus on accuracy.
- Data-Driven Mentality: Comfort working with data and reporting critical metrics, with a proactive approach to identify improvements.
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively professionally with various partners, including suppliers, Team Members, and management.
- Attention to Detail: Maintain organized files, databases, and support team onboarding to drive operational efficiency.
