As a Partner Sales Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping how modern organizations build and secure software at scale. You’ll join a collaborative, forward-thinking team and help drive our mission to embed security into every part of the AI-native development lifecycle. In this role, you will be crucial in expanding Snyk's market presence by fostering and managing key relationships with our top cloud partners, including AWS and Google. You'll work closely with our partners and internal teams to drive co-selling efforts, develop joint strategies, and identify new opportunities, all while helping our customers innovate securely.
What You’ll Do:Facilitate the co-selling process by engaging with AWS/Google and our Partner sales teams to drive field alignment and joint opportunities.
Support regular global pipeline reviews to ensure pipeline information is accurate.
Assist in creating a co-innovation strategy and work with the R&D team to define joint roadmap plans with our Cloud partnerships.
Conduct account mapping and generate reports to track progress and identify new leads.
Collaborate with sales and partner marketing teams to help develop and execute campaigns to generate new business opportunities.
Maintain an understanding of the partner's organization and build stakeholder maps to expand the network.
3+ years of Cloud industry sales and/or business development experience.
Familiarity with the security and cloud industry.
Proven experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or a related role within the technology industry.
Strong organizational, communications, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
Ambitious, organized, and energetic with a passion for building relationships.
Have hands-on experience with AI/LLMs or modern security tools.
Contribute to open-source or developer communities.
Are a collaborative team player who enjoys working in a diverse, high-performing environment.
Bring fresh ideas and aren’t afraid to challenge the status quo.
Love solving complex problems with a collaborative team.
