The Cloud Economics Consultant will analyze data, develop financial models, provide analytics, and collaborate with teams to assist clients in cloud transitions.
This is a remote position.
To support our global growth and continue with the fast pace of innovation, Minfy is looking for a leader who will assume a pivotal role in partnering with our Sales/Partners, Services and Leadership Teams helping our clients plan and transition to Cloud. This role will work closely with our customers/partners, understand end customer’s business goals and requirements, gather critical data, and model financial P&L and TCO scenarios.
Responsibilities:
- Researching, sourcing, analyzing industry, customer’ quantitative data; analyzing trends, formulating projections, creating financial TCO/Analytical models, and presenting to customers' executive-suite.
- With solid understanding of Cloud Economic and value propositions.
- Provide management with analytics and metrics-based reporting.
- Prepare and lead business reviews for management team.
- Develop new ideas and creative solutions.
- Work on cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree in Operations, Finance, or Economics.
- Demonstrated experience in complex business analysis.
- Demonstrated experience with Excel Modeling.
- Demonstrated experience in developing P&L and/or TCO models.
- Experience in technology industry.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA in Finance or Operations.
- Knowledge and experience in Cloud Infrastructure and datacenters.
- Knowledge of Cloud Infrastructure/Application discovery tools.
- Ability to quickly build credibility and trust with both internal and external customers.
- Demonstrated work ethic based on a strong desire to exceed expectations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and persuasion skills.
