Clinical Services Project Coordinator (PT)
Valley Mountain Regional Center is seeking a professional to serve as a Part-Time Clinical Services Project Coordinator. This role provides coordination and leadership for clinical projects and initiatives that support individuals with developmental disabilities. The position involves planning, organizing, and participating in clinics as needed, including telemedicine, occupational therapy (OT), gait, and feeding clinics, as well as representing VMRC at meetings, conferences, and community engagements.
What You’ll Do
Lead and Coordinate Clinical Projects
Oversee planning, scheduling, and coordination of clinical services and initiatives across multiple programs.
Support Clinical Service Delivery
Participate in and support specialty clinics, including telemedicine, OT, gait, and feeding clinics.
Represent VMRC in the Community
Serve as a representative at meetings, conferences, and partner agency engagements.
Key Responsibilities
Clinic Coordination & Referrals
- Review referrals and coordinate telemedicine clinics
- Coordinate and attend consumer clinics as indicated, including OT, gait, and feeding clinics
Meetings & Collaboration
- Attend clinical staff meetings as requested
- Represent VMRC at meetings with contracted providers and partner organizations
- Participate in case management activities to promote clinic services
Project Support & Reporting
- Prepare end-of-year reports for assigned projects
- Assist the Clinical Director in achieving departmental goals
- Coordinate additional projects and clinics as assigned
Data & Systems Management
- Develop and maintain databases to track reports, estimates, and project completion status
Clinical Coordination
- Consult with clinical staff to identify and resolve issues prior to clinic services being provided
General Duties
- Perform other related duties as assigned

QualificationsWhat You’ll Bring/Qualifications:
- B.S. or B.A. degree or related field
- At least 2 years’ knowledge and experience in working with persons with developmental disabilities.
