Role Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies for clinical roles including but not limited to Sprinters, Nurse Practitioners and Clinical Managers.
- Utilize existing professional network and actively source new candidates through various channels such as referrals, social media, job boards, and other applicable avenues.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to determine their qualifications, skills, and suitability for specific healthcare roles.
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals to understand their career goals, preferences, and availability.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, scheduling, interviewing, background checks, and offer negotiation.
- Stay current with industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes to ensure compliance with healthcare staffing requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (currently Lever).
- Leverage data to identify what is working and where to improve the hiring process.
About you
- 4+ years of experience as a full cycle recruiter with at least 2 years hiring clinicians
- Startup experience at a Digital Health or Tech company, or comparable experience in a high-growth recruiting environment
- Experience creatively sourcing, engaging and building a pipeline of candidates
- Have a combination of recruiting techniques to build and engage networks, assess, and hire top-of-class talent
- Comfortable identifying, engaging, and closing candidates
- Demonstrated ownership of the full cycle recruiting process
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills and the ability to clearly communicate and influence at all levels
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Strong experience working with LinkedIn, Lever (or other ATS), G-Suite products
