We provide care at any stage of illness and work with patients affected by cardiovascular disease, pulmonary conditions, Alzheimer’s disease, neurological disorders, and other complex diagnoses. By partnering closely with primary care providers, we ensure a compassionate, coordinated, and holistic care experience throughout each patient’s journey.
Primary Duties:
• Coordinate and support daily administrative and operational functions
• Track and assist with clinical program activities and deliverables
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain office and clinical resources
• Manage inbound calls and provide communication support as needed
• Compile and maintain recurring weekly reports
Preferred Qualifications:
• Strong ability to stay organized and manage competing priorities
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Prior exposure to healthcare environments is advantageous
Work Hours:
Monday through Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Hourly Rate:
$22–$25 per hour
