The Client Trainer I is responsible for delivering training on software products, engaging clients, onboarding accounts, and updating CRM data.
The Training Department plays a crucial role in connecting our customers to our software at Cox Automotive. As a Client Trainer I, you would be training on core functionality, products, and modules, such as (but not limited to): Pricing, Appraising, AutoWriter, Merchandising, Provisioning, DealFinder, ProfitTime GPS, Conquest, Mobile, Intelligent Promotion, ListingLogic, Price Advisor, and more.

Compensation:
Hourly base pay rate is $23.65 - $35.48/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.
Benefits:
Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.

- Delivering intensive and complex learning content through web-based training sessions to vAuto clients tailored to multiple learning styles and business needs.
- Effectively presenting the vAuto suite of products in a clear, concise manner, demonstrating functionality of the system and answering dealership questions through training.
- Training on core functionality, products, and modules, such as (but not limited to): Pricing, Appraising, AutoWriter, Merchandising, Provisioning, DealFinder, ProfitTime GPS, Conquest, Mobile, Intelligent Promotion, ListingLogic, Price Advisor, and more.
- Maintaining a high level of energy and enthusiasm through each training session to keep clients engaged.
- Successfully onboarding all assigned accounts with multiple training sessions, covering multiple products.
- Monitoring usage of all products trained, following each session and proactively reach out to the clients or upper management to address any deficits or concerns.
- Identifying risks and challenges during training sessions and taking appropriate steps to escalate concerns to upper management.
- Becoming an expert of knowledge on the vAuto Tools and products to gain extended knowledge through onboarding, product enhancements, and weekly developments.
- Accurately update and maintain customer and activity data into Salesforce CRM.
- Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of current automotive trends and best practices to ensure educational content is relevant and provides maximum value to dealerships.
- Providing upper management with feedback from training experiences for the purpose of improving the training curriculum, processes, and procedures.
- Working with new Training Team members as required in mentoring activities.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as 4 years experience in a related field
- Strong background in software training and/or automotive dealership experience is required
- Must be experienced and comfortable conducting virtual training sessions on platforms such as Zoom and being on the phone with clients a vast majority of the day
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Cooperative team player with a positive attitude
- Ability to prioritize and work independently
- High enthusiasm and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to communicate effectively within all levels of Cox Organization
