We're hiring a Client Support Specialist at Neighborly Software – where technology meets social impact!

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Be the first point of contact for clients needing support via phone, video, and email

  • Manage updates to client systems with precision and care

  • Partner with Client Success Managers (CSMs) to build and configure new client

applications

  • Review peer configurations to ensure accuracy, impact and consistency

  • Solve problems creatively with professionalism while following best practices and maintaining SLAs

  • Collaborate with amazing teammates in our Client Support team

  • Grow your career – this role can evolve into Client Success opportunities!

  • Help communities manage key government programs such as HUD, Disaster Recovery, Solar and Treasury programs that change lives

  • Tech-savvy with client service experience (SaaS experience a plus!)

The base salary range for this role is $55,000–$60,000 USD per year. Actual base pay will depend on factors such as experience, skills, and qualifications. This range reflects base salary only and does not include potential bonus, benefits, or other forms of compensation, which may also be part of the total offer.
